Asked often.
01What is Vanmool?
Vanmool is an Indian herbal tea brand. We make natural, organic herbal infusion blends from whole herbs and spices, with no artificial flavours or colours.
02Are Vanmool teas a replacement for medicine?
No. Our infusions are food products that fit into a healthy routine. They do not treat or cure any condition, and you should never stop or change prescribed medication without your doctor's advice.
03Do the teas contain caffeine or sugar?
The blends are made from herbs and spices and contain no added sugar. Please check the ingredient list on each product page for the full composition.
04How do I brew a cup?
Add one teaspoon of the blend to a cup, pour 200 ml of freshly boiled water, cover and steep for 5 minutes, then strain.
05How long does a 100 g pouch last?
A 100 g pouch makes about 50 cups, which is close to a month at one to two cups a day.
06How can I pay?
You can pay securely with UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay. You can also place your order with us directly on WhatsApp.
07How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually arrive in 3–7 working days. Shipping is free on orders above ₹499.
08Is Vanmool FSSAI licensed?
Yes. Vanmool products are manufactured and sold under a valid FSSAI licence, and the licence number is printed on every pack.
09When should I drink Cholesterol Balance?
Most people enjoy one cup after lunch or dinner. You can drink it once or twice a day as part of a balanced diet.
10Can I drink it while taking cholesterol medication?
It is a food product made from common kitchen herbs and spices, but if you take statins or any other medication, check with your doctor first. Never stop prescribed medication on your own.
11Does it contain caffeine?
No. None of the six ingredients contain caffeine, so it is a comfortable cup for the evening.
12When should I drink Blood Sugar Balance?
One cup before or after a main meal works well for most people, once or twice a day.
13Can people with diabetes drink it?
It has no added sugar, but it is not a treatment for diabetes. If you take diabetes medication or insulin, ask your doctor before adding it to your routine and keep monitoring your levels as advised.
14Why does it taste bitter?
Gurmar and fenugreek are naturally bitter. We balance them with cinnamon and tulsi, but a gentle bitterness is part of the blend. Most people stop noticing it after a few cups.
15Can I drink both blends on the same day?
Yes. Blood Sugar Balance before a main meal and Cholesterol Balance after is how most people take them. Two to three cups a day in total is a sensible routine.
16Can I mix the two in one cup?
You can, but each is balanced to taste right on its own. We suggest keeping them separate so you can tell which cup you prefer.
17Is the Sampler the same blend as the full pouch?
Yes, exactly the same, packed from the same batch. Only the pouch is smaller.
