Green Cardamom Elaichi

Green cardamom grows in the Western Ghats and is one of India's most loved spices. The whole pods hold their aromatic oils far better than ground powder.

It is traditionally taken after meals. In our blend it lifts the heavier spice notes and leaves a clean, fragrant finish.
