01 About this blend
The Sampler is for anyone who would rather taste before committing to a full pouch. Two small packs, ten cups of each blend, enough for a fortnight of after-dinner and before-meal cups.

02 How to brew
Brew with the five-minute timer
- 01Measure. One teaspoon, about 2 g, into a cup or infuser.
- 02Pour. 200 ml of water just off the boil.
- 03Wait. Cover for five minutes. Strain. Sip while it is still warm.
